At this challenge, we want you to prepare maximum 5 minutes long presentation (audio, video, Power Point or Prezi) about Swiss Re and its internal benefits and work climate.
Why is it so cool to work at Swiss Re? How would you persuade your friend that this is a company he or she might look up at job portals? Think of it like ... or actually, surprise us!
STEP BY STEP:
1. Create a presentation about Swiss Re by using a LEAN APPROACH* (experiment, feedback, improvement). Present it to one of your friend, get the feedback and implement it to your second version.
2. Repeat this process 3 times, which mean you will totally present it to 4 of your friends and implement their feedbacks after each one.
3. Once you receive the 5th feedback, prepare the FINAL VERSION and along with the short Summary (max. 500 words about the process you went through, what did you find interesting etc.) upload this 2 documents as your solution.
