The Faculty of Economics was established in 1992 within the transformation of the Technical University of Košice to a "full-fledged" university covering also non-technical disciplines.
The Faculty´s effort put into research and internalisation has been recognized by the Academic Ranking and Rating Agency several times. The Faculty of Economics at the Technical University of Košice was ranked as the best faculty in Slovakia in the category of economics in 2005, 2008, 2009, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015.
We are happy that our students are successful in the labour market and have opportunities to work with well recognized international and domestic companies.
It is a big challenge to us to maintain these results. However we love this kind of challenges :-)
