I cooperated with Challengest extensively while being Head of HR of Tatra banka, member of the Raiffesien Group. When I was first introduced to Challengest, one of the key internal projects in the bank was to define Employer value proposition (EVP) and consequently design employer branding campaigns. What Challengest was offering totally fit into our EVP and actually into our Branding strategy. We were looking for a “outside-of-the-box” element, that would attract new talent while letting them work on real-life cases from the bank, providing us with a fresh look on problems we were often sort of stuck with. It worked like magic. Not only that the participants of the various challenges gave us in their solutions a different angel of view on our own projects and problems, but also we gained recognition in the market as open and innovative employer and moreover often we made job offers to the top participants of the challenges, which many acepted. It is a fresh and different approach how to do employer branding while bringing different perspective to your internal products, problem, processes. Additionally, the people that worked at Challengest are people with great passion for what they do and every step of the way, it is obvious that they have a higher purpose in mind.
