I cooperated with Challengest extensively while being Head of HR of Tatra banka, member of the Raiffesien Group. When I was first introduced to Challengest, one of the key internal projects in the bank was to define Employer value proposition (EVP) and consequently design employer branding campaigns. What Challengest was offering totally fit into our EVP and actually into our Branding strategy. We were looking for a “outside-of-the-box” element, that would attract new talent while letting them work on real-life cases from the bank, providing us with a fresh look on problems we were often sort of stuck with. It worked like magic.
